COMPLETING THE SQUARE
Some quadratic equations can be solved by factoring. However some are prime and cannot be solved by factoring.
The completing the square procedure can be used to find the solutions to these non factorable quadratic equations.
Completing the square and the square root property are both used to find the solutions to quadratic equations.
